    Please read all information before booking. We only offer delivery up to 40km from our base in IV1 3JU, booking made that are not within our delivery zone will be refunded. The hot tub cannot be used before reaching full temperature. There must be a socket within 12 metres of the setup area ( these hot tubs are not suitable for use with extension leads ) Minimum access width is 76cm ( the size of a normal door opening ) with no tight corners, steep slopes or more than three steps at any point. 

  • We ask our customers to fill their hot tub so customers must have a hose and outside tap to do so. Due to a busy schedule garden furniture must be moved from the set up area before set up. Fairly level ground is required. Access to the set up area must be free from any obstructions like bins, children's toys, bicycles, construction material, cars, dog dirt and any other obstructions. We will not help customers to put up their own gazebos, please decide where you would like your hot tub to be set up before our arrival.

    Chemicals will be supplied with usage instructions to keep the hot tub safe to use. The water chemical management is the responsibility of the customer while the hot tub is on hire. The required chemicals will be supplied, it is important to keep the hot tub free from contaminants and balanced correctly, shower before each use and rinse feet before entering and rinse the filter daily. If water gets dirty during the hire period, it is as a result of misuse and poor water management, instructions must be followed correctly. A refund will not be offered if water gets dirty during a hire any resulting injury is not the fault of Fyrish Hot Tub Hire Ltd

    We do not accept liability for any harm or damages caused as a result of hot tub water getting dirty during a customer's hire period. Follow instructions for using the chemicals and the hot tub will not get dirty or water may need to be emptied and refilled during hire. Failure to follow checklist could result in injury or damage to the equipment. We will not offer a refund for accidental button presses, power cuts, customers properties not meeting the requirements mentioned in our terms of service or inappropriate power supply. Irreparable damage caused during your hire period due to misuse, negligence, deliberate and accidental damage including damage caused by pets or children or loss of equipment we will seek full replacement value of the items you have hired.

    Returns 

    If your hot tub is defective meaning the hot tub is not fit for use please report the defect within 1 days of your delivery. We will refund your booking if the hot tub is not fit for use and collect it from the delivery address. Our refund processing time is two days from a return being received.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation Policy.

    You can cancel your hire up to two weeks before your hire start date and receive a full refund. If you choose to cancel a booking within two weeks there is a £50 cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel less than 10 days from the hire start date we will retail the balance of your hot tub hire minus any delivery fees if applicable. We can cancel a booking at any time due to equipment being returned damaged or due to a mechanical failure in our equipment in which case we will refund you in full or rearrange your hire for a time that suits ( our reserve hot tubs reduce the chance of this, we have never cancelled a customer's booking ). We can cancel for any reason, we will not accept claims for loss of earnings incurred by the customer or compensation as a result of a cancelled hire.

  • Delivery information.

    Your hot tub will be delivered on the afternoon of your hire start date between 12pm and 5pm. Hot tubs must be available for collection by 10am on the hire end date.
